I have been stuttering since i was little, those were one of the reasons of why i was made fun of, i am still made fun of now.
2 years ago, my stuttering got worse, but it improved a little bit, but its still bad.

It is interesting that bilingual people often stutter more in one language than another. Check out the web site for The Stuttering Foundation and also the Michael Palin Center in France. The Foundation has some of their books in French, I believe. Check your library for "Self Therapy for the Stutterer" or buy your own copy. It helped several of my uncles and cousins overcome stuttering.

Practice reading outloud alot, read infront of your friends, think about what your going to say so you know how to say it and don't stutter.

See a speech therapist. Slow your speech consciously. Practice meditation daily for 20 mns.

read poems outloud to someone, some can be tricky but will help you focus and work on the stuttering

some folkes say place a few marbles in your mouth to make you have to pronounce slower or a few pennies
