It's not really Egg PIE, but it looks like a pie, but it's all egg!

There is a bunch of ways you can make eggs. You can just fry them up, scramble them plain or with something like sausage, you can boil them and slice up and eat over a salad, or eat hole, or even devil the eggs. My husband really likes deviled egg potato salad, and even eats it as a sandwich spread. You can make a egg and cheese with bacon or sausage quich, which is real good. Believe it or not, some people mix raw eggs in there sport drinks for protein. There are a ton of things you can do with eggs!

OMELET PUFF
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
Salt
Beat the yolk until thick, add the milk, and mix well. Add a few grains of salt to the white, and beat until stiff. Fold yolk mixture into the white, and turn into a hot oiled frying pan. Put into the oven and bake until barely set; then, while it is still in the pan, turn one half of the omelet over the other half by slipping a knife under one side and turning it over the other section. Invert on a hot platter and serve at once.

You REALLY have to read an article written by a restaurant owner (not me) called "How To Cook An Egg." It covers everything in detail and the introduction is hilarious. Here is the link:
