Theres this guy in my class who likes me but he's kind of an *** whole, specifically to girls. I was really nice about it first and just jokingly gave him a shove cuz he was touching me, but that didnt work. I got a little more serious after a while, and actually asked him not to touch me any more, but he wont stop. What do i do? I'm not the kind of person to really get in his face, but he obviously cant take a hint that i'm serious.

He will not back off until he knows you mean business... guys like this grow up to be date-rapists because they care more about their own satisfaction than other people's feelings or rights.
If he can't take a hint, then stop hinting. Look him straight in the eye and tell him flat out - "I don't want you touching me like that again. If you ever touch me at all again, I'm reporting you to the principal, and the police. Now BACK OFF."
If you're really too shy to tell him yourself, tell your teacher or the principal, and they will put a stop to it.

Tell him to back off, maybe get one of your guy friends to tell him to back off as well, with you around. Hope he stops.

tell him 2 baq off if je dont get 1 of ur guy friends help and soon he will stop if he still dont i would lk attack him lk jump him
