It’s Internet Russian:
Hello. My weekend was excellent! (I will impatiently wait for the next one). In general, it was a lot of fun. Snow… I don’t like it, but I did not drive during these 3 days of snow… In general, I like weekends much more than work days.

Where it says, "I will impatiently wait for the next one" it's more correct to say, "I'll be looking forward to the next weekend" in English.

Hello! My weekend was excellent!

(Sorry, will have to come back to this. It's written in Internet Russian using the Latin alphabet: the 4 resembles the Cyrillic letter for 'ch', the w the Cyrillic for 'sh' and so on - an interesting compromise between languages and alphabets.)

Ok. I'm Bulgarian so it's rather easy for me to translate:

"Hi! I had a great weekend!(I'm looking forward to the next)it was a big fun. I don't like the snow and I didn't drive my car these 3 snowy days...I like days off much more than working days!"

It doesn't sound very logical, but that's what is written!
