I'm still attracted to my fiancé very much, .He takes sex so seriously, I can't loosen up when we're fooling around and it makes me feel nervous.

Why were you repressing it? You need to relax and get back into it, you are not even married yet! It only slows down after marriage so if I were you I would make sure that this is taken care of before you are married. You don't want this to be an issue in your marriage. Maybe you should go see a doctor and see if it is a medical problem.
