I would make an easy hamburger stroganoff.

Brown the ground beef with some chopped onion. After it's cooked through, add 1 can of cream of chicken soup and 1/2 can of milk. Salt pepper, and parsley makes a great seasoning. After that's warmed, stir in a cup of sour cream, and some sliced mushrooms if you like.

Serve over your choice of baked potatoes or cooked wide egg noodles.

Hamburger Stroganoff

Brown 1 lb. of ground beef and drain the fat. Add 1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup and heat over med or med-low for a while until the mixture is hot and stirs easily (it will be pretty thick in the beginning but will loosen up when heated). Add 1 cup or so of sour cream (low fat is okay, but non-fat doesn't work well) and continue to cook over med heat, stirring occasionally until hot. Serve over egg noodles.

Meat Sauce
Fry the meat, add onion (minced), garlic(minced or powdered), seasoning (salt, pepper, oregano to taste). When the meat is thoroughly cooked, add a can of tomato paste and some water to thin it out, turn down the heat or it may splatter. Add more seasoning, if required. Serve over spaghetti.
Simple Taco Salad
Fry the meat, when it's cooked add salsa. Serve on the salad or mix it up and add some Catalina dressing for more taste or another dressing. Add some crushed tortilla's for that crunch factor.
Taco
Fry the meat, add salsa. Heat tortilla shells (hard or soft) and add your favorites (salad, cheese, sour cream etc.).
Go the website .........allrecipes.com ( I think that's it), for other ideas.

Fry hamburger with chopped onions, bell pepper, celery.
Add can of cream of mushroom soup, can of milk. Simmer all ingredients until flavors are all blended.
Serve over, toast, rice, or on a bun like sloppy joes. My kids love this. (we call in sos)
