I have a boyfriend who doesn't give a **** about me,I've been trying to work things out with him but he's just not meeting me half way...I have this other guy that I really think the world off and I can't sleep,I feel like talking to him,what do people think?shall I call him?

I would dump the boyfriend. Do NOT let a guy run you down! You deserve ALOT better than that, and you know it!!
I would give the other guy a call, start out slow and dont rush into anything your not ready for. There is nothing wrong with being a friend and building your relationship. good luck

It's time to dump the loser boyfriend, he's not giving you what you need, which shows he doesn't really care for you.
Once free of him, you can see where the other guy can lead you.
You will be losing nothing, and perhaps have a chance to gain someone real and good.

let him know how you feel and let him know that you want to make it work but you need to know if he really wants to make it work . if he doesn't, i would try your best to move on. he may not be the one for you so don't try to push something that wouldn't be a good thing in the long run.

BOYS THINK THEY COULD MESS ALL OVER U WHEN THEY KNOW THEY HAVE U, DONT CALL YOUR BOYFR AND WHEN HE CALL U ACT NICE BUT NOT HOW U USUALLY WOULD B AND THAN IF HE REALLY CARE HE GONE NOTICE AND HE GONE DO RIGHT BECUZ HE DONT WANT 2 LOSE U, SO WAIT 2 CALL THE OTHER BOY.
