Ok So Prom is Comming up in two months, which may seem like a long time, but its not. I live in a small school, (40 people in my GRADE) and about 250 in the high school totally, so as you can see, this makes getting a date very hard, and alot of guys are already taken. Theres this guy i kinda like, who used to go to myschool, but he moved about an hour away, and he is really sweet, but hes REALLY SHY, and like when i say shy i mean SHYYYY. but should i wate for another guy to ask me, or idk. any help regarding prom? i would also prefer a taller guy...which i dont think is going to happen, because im 6ft tall, and any girl who is tal lknows what im talking about, because its HARD. and idk, any advice for a lonely tall girl who needs a prom date? =]

Hunting for boys is like hunting for bears- in Africa. You HAVE to know what you want, and be aware that competition is fierce.
Look around. Is there anyone local who is tall enough for you? If not, then you are going to have to compromise your standards. Or hang around basketballers.
I'd say, ask the shy boy out. Let him know he's doing you a favour, you can't go to the prom alone, yada yada.

in case you're a church is going it rather is a good place to commence. maximum church homes furnish some social events the place you may meet somebody if that may not a hazard take in some entertainment time events that could - bowling, golf, motorbike driving. or take some night training at your community community college. you may even evaluate appearing some volunteer artwork and the place i stay driving half-hour is something i did generally just to %. up my date
