There's a girl I like at work that may have liked me before, and may still but i'm not sure because she is a seeing a guy. Anyway we usually get along very well and laugh and she is around me alot, and she's laughs at alot of things I do or say. Yesterday however I guess I didn't pay much attention to her, so towards the end of the day she made a minor negative comment about me to someone else at work, then she didn't even look in my direction for the rest of the day. As a result I paid her absolutely no attention back. She just became very quiet and kept to herself the rest of the day. She seemed a little down. Now today I guess I was more attentive to her and she was back to her normal self, and when she became excited by something that happened at work, she started touching my arms and got really close to me. There is also something about the way she looked at me today when we were alone that makes me think she does. Please help

well it depends . If she is seeing a guy I don't know . . But she may be bored with this guy and just waiting for the right time to break up with him. But most of the time if she is seeing someone then no .
Sometimes girls like a guy better than another one. Maybe she is unsure if you like her or not . Just see if she breaks up with the guy.
But most of the signs point to YES.

She definately likes you, but be careful. Girls that already have boyfriends, well, can lead into quite a mess if you aren't careful.

I think she does like you as more than a friend. If she didn't, I don't think she would have gotten so upset by your inattentiveness towards her.
