very bad and unhealthy, rosa... most sodas have caffeine, which dehydrates the body of water and depletes the body of minerals. the acidity in caffeine erodes the enamel in your teeth and can cause stomach discomfort--wind/gastric... also ALL sodas have excessive sugars, which are harmful to the body and will cause many diseases later in life... the carbonated water in sodas also erode your teeth... i'm sure there are other negative reasons if you read up on it :) water nowadays should be drank filtered to take out chlorine and other toxic substances... but water is essential for your body, to cleanse the systems in your body and expel waste materials in your body...

please try to drink water everyday, you're slowly killing your body by making the organs work overtime everytime you drink a soda... you know what the keyword here should be? MODERATION... more water than sodas... if you don't like water, drink herbal tea, juices, or flower water (rose, lavendar, mint, etc) :D

Soda is all I drink too! Unless I am outside and hot and water is all there is to drink. I don't like water...and I hate water with a fruit flavor. It's awful. This is my advice...I try to always drink water with a meal. It's easier because usually you are only drinking to wash food down, not so much for the taste. I could never sit around and drink water, I always choose soda. So that's my advice, atleast try to drink it with your meals. We really do need it.

If you don't like to drink water then maybe an herbal tea with low cal sweetener could be a good compromise-- Too much soda can affect teeth, and of course contribute to type 2 diabetes. There are so many wonderful products out there that are "just add water" also like Crystal Light. If you switch to tea though make sure it is an herbal decaf.... too much caffeine is also not good for you and can actually dehydrate you.

Water is the best thing to drink. They say 8-8oz glasses a day. Don't drink to much or it will harm you. But it's a healthy substitute for soda, as is Milk.

I am the same way, my motto is "if you want me to drink water, put ice in my drink" but it is bad. You need water to flush your system properly. Plus, the sugar isn't good for you and the carbonation is bad for you bones.
I try to substitue Crystal Light as much as I can when I want something sweet or atleast diet or "0" sodas like coke or sprite

No! That is so horrible for your body and health!! Soda is really bad for you. It is full of chemicals and tons and tons of sugar. You will probably end up fat and with diabetes. Water is so much better for you. If you start drinking water instead of soda you will see your skin become more clear, you hair will be softer and shinier, you will lose weight, your teeth will be whiter and healthier and your body will be healthier.

Water is important for your skin and hair as well as your insides. It keeps you from getting sick too much and "keeps ya regular". Water should be a major drink in everyone's diets.
It also regulates energy so you won't be tired all the time!

You should look for some brand of water that agrees with your taste buds. Besides as good and as popular as soda is, it can give you gas(not from the carbonation, but from all the sugar.)

No it's not. You are putting a lot of sugar and/or chemicals into your body. Just drink 8 glasses of water a day. At least 8.
