we have so much in common.. more than anyone can imagaine... hes tall but really popular and were close friends... i think theres something there and we like eachother... but how should i act around him and what should i wear and what do guys like in a girl????????????????

Just be yourself, wear what you feel comfortable in (no point in putting on a mini skirt if you don't feel comfortable in it, it will show). It depends on the guy as to what he likes. Good luck :o)
