sleep early.......well, on time, like around 9 or 9:30. Teenagers need at least 9-10 hours of sleep each night.

That darkness is a vein that is more easily seen as the skin gets dehydrated or thinner due to aging. Another reason you may notice it more now than say in the summer, is because your skin may be lighter because you are not in the sun as much and the contrast between the lightness of your skin and the darkness of your circles is very evident.
The only thing you can do is drink more water, maybe use a good moisturizer made just for under the eyes and get a little bit of sun (not too much that causes other skin problems).
If you are of Mediterranean decent you may have a tendency toward under eye circles that are hereditary. For these type of under eye circles you will have to use make up.
Good luck.

There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.

If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:
Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

Dark circles under the eyes have always been considered a sign of late nights and lack of sleep. The cause of these dark circles is often blamed on stress, too much sun, too little sleep, menstrual disorders, kidney dysfunction and even too many fried, frozen and canned foods, although it is often a hereditary trait. Circles under the eyes can worsen in people who smoke or suffer from allergies.
Dont try to hide them under your make up.Try to get rid of them. What i suggest you is to go for this creme "ARTISTRY REPLENISHING EYE CREME", which is the best for all under eye problems like dark circles, puffiness, eye bags and reduces fine lines .This light and silky creme formula is clinically proven to fight the signs of aging and fatigue ,reducing the appearance of fine lines and puffiness, citrus bioflavonoids fortify the delicate skin around the eyes ,while linseed ,licorice extracts, and Echinacea soothes and refreshes. Artistry is one of the best 5 selling brands around the globe. It definitely helps you out for your under eye problem.
Also darkcircles are caused by deficiency of iron.take iron suppliments.Try "NUTRALITE TRI IRON FOLIC". Product Description
Iron supports various aspects of the immune system and is important in a wide range of biological processes. A healthy diet with adequate amounts of folic acid may reduce a woman's risk of having a child with brain or spinal-cord defects. on Ellen the other morning a beauty "expert" said to slice up a cold potato and put them over your eyes for like 10 minutes. it supposedly pulls out toxins that cause dark circles. never tried it myself...
...not to be confused with using cucumber slices, which help puffiness. good luck :)

Get plenty of sleep and use a color lighter than your usual base color under your eyes...it helps to even out the complexion.
