Christians like to pick and choose versus to follow anyways so why would it matter?
If you followed all the "rules" in the bible then you would marry someone that raped you, would own slaves and probably stone your children

The Bible says that people have been fornicating for ages (2 Corinthians 12:21; Galatians 5:19-21; 1 Corinthians 5:1; Jude 7). (Fornication comes from a Greek word, porneia, and is correctly understood as any form of sexual immorality.) The Bible says that even Christians have been guilty of committing fornication or immorality (2 Corinthians 12:20-21). This is a reality.
The Bible also says, however, that God has always condemned sexual immorality (Ephesians 5:3,5; 1 Corinthians 6:13,18; Hebrews 12:14-17; Colossians 3:5). This is a reality.
The Bible says that fornication or immorality is an abomination, and considered as "filthy" before God (Revelation 17:4). This is a reality.
In order to avoid immorality, the Bible says that God created marriage (1 Corinthians 7:1-2). In Hebrews 13:4, the Bible says, "Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge." This is a reality.
In 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, the Bible says, "Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites," {10}"nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God." This is a reality.
In 1 Thessalonians 4:3, the Bible says, "For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality." The Bible says we can and should abstain from fornication or sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 10:8). The Bible also says that fornication (immorality or adultery) is one of the only reasons a person may rightly divorce and remarry (Matthew 19:1-9). This is a reality.
The Bible says that if a Christian is sexually immoral, other Christians should separate their company and fellowship from him/her (1 Corinthians 5:9-11). Likewise, in Revelation 21:8, the Bible says, "But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death." The Bible says that fornicators (sexually immoral people) will be found shut out of heaven like an animal outside the door of a house (Revelation 22:15). This is a reality.
Therefore, according to all that the Bible says, fornication (sexual immorality) even though it is a common act among human beings, is not what God commands. And, that He will punish those who disobey His command to abstain from it. This is a reality.

In the bible pre-marital sex is called fornication. There are many scripyures in the bible that point out that it is wrong and tells of what happened to a few that committed fornication...
1Thes 4:3 For this is the will of God, [even] your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication:
1Corin 6:13 Meats for the belly, and the belly for meats: but God shall destroy both it and them. Now the body [is] not for fornication, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body.
1Corin 6:18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
Ezek 16:26 Thou hast also committed fornication with the Egyptians thy neighbours, great of flesh; and hast increased thy whoredoms, to provoke me to anger.

Um...yes.
Acts 15:20 But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and fornication, and things strangled, and blood.
Romans 1:29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, ...
1 Corinthians 6:13 Meats for the belly, and the belly for meats: but God shall destroy both it and them. Now the body [is] not for fornication, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body.
1 Corinthians 6:18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
Ephesians 5:3-4 Don't allow love to turn into lust, setting off a downhill slide into sexual promiscuity, filthy practices, or bullying greed. Though some tongues just love the taste of gossip, Christitans have better uses for language than that. Don't talk dirty or silly. That kind of talk doesn't fit our style. Thanksgiving is our dialect.
Galatians 5:19-21 It is obvious what kind of life develops out of trying to get your won way all the time: repetitive, loveless, cheap sex (fornication); a stinking accumulation of mental and emotional garbage; frenzied and joyless grabs for happiness; trinket gods; magic show religion; paranoid loneliness; cutthroat competition; all-consuming-yet-never-satisfied wants; a brutal temper; an impotence to love or be loved; divided homes and divided lives; small-minded and lopsided pursuits; the vicious habit of depersonalizing everyone into a rival; uncontrolled and uncontrollable addictions; ugly parodies of community. I could go on.

Yes. God doesn't say "NO" to sex, he just wants us to wait for the BEST sex offered. Plus. Sex is dangerous. It's like a fire. If you place the fire anywhere in the house, it causes destruction; but when you place it in the fireplace it's beautiful. If you have sex outside of marriage is usually leads to some kind of hearach, but inside of marriage is beautiful. (The bible also refers to premartial sex as fornication)
-Exodus 19:15
-Exodus 22:16-17
-1 Corinthians 6:16-18
-1 Corinthians 7:1-2
-1 Corinthians 7:8-9
-1 Thessalonians 4:2-8
-Hebrews 13:4
The list goes on.

Yes it does let me flip through my Bible real quick...
*edit*
Ok here we go...
1st Corinthians 6:13 Yet the body is not for immorality, but for the Lord, and the Lord is for the body.
Now the Greek word for immorality there is "porneia" or literally adultery (sex outside of marriage).
1Cor 6:18 Flee immorality. Every other sin that a man commits is outside the body, but the immoral man sins against his own body.
1Co 7:2 But because of immoralities, each man is to have his own wife, and each woman is to have her own husband.
See the verses below for more on why sex with someone other than your husband would be wrong (assuming you're a girl *wink*)...
Isn't it amazing that 2000 years ago, God was looking out for us by offering us some Fatherly advice...sexual promiscuity leads only to bad things...2000 years ago God warned you in 1st Corinthians to stay away from that kind of lifestyle.
If someone is willing to have pre-marital sex, it's highly unlikely that they themselves are a virgin, no matter what they tell you. That means you're running the risk of getting an STD...and that's just the physical side. The emotional devastation is huge.
We must, as Romans tells us,
"Never offer any part of your body to sin's power. No part of your body should ever be used to do any ungodly thing. Instead, offer yourselves to God as people who have come back from death and are now alive. Offer all the parts of your body to God. Use them to do everything that God approves of. "
You might also want to look at 2 Corinthians 12:21,Galatians 5:19, Ephesians 5:3, Colossians 3:5, and 1 Thessalonians 4:3 just to name a few more verses that urge us to be pure in our walk.
Good luck!

Sometimes, letting go seems like the easiest thing to do. But think about this: you've invested so much of your time and energy into another person; you've made a solemn promise; and you still know there's love, even if it's hiding underneath the surface. This website will show you how to save a marriage and avoid divorce, even if you're the only one trying https://tr.im/VtHvK

Yes, there is. 1Thessalonians 4:3-8 "This is what God wills...that you abstain from fornication; that each one of you should know how to get possession of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in covetous sexual appetite such as also those nations have which do not know God; that no one go to the point of harming and encroach upon the rights of his brother in this matter, because Jehovah is one who exacts punishment for all these things, just as we told you beforehand and also gave you a thorough witness. For God called us, not with allowance for uncleanness, but in connection with sanctification. So, then, the man that shows disregard is disregarding, not man, but God, who puts his holy spirit in you." (The Greek word por-nei'a, translated "fornication," refers to sexual intercourse between unmarried persons, also to extramarital relations on the part of married persons.)
Other scriptures to support this are Ephesians 5:5 , and 1Corinthians 6:9-11

Nevertheless, because of sexual immorality, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband.
1 Corinthians 7:2 - NKJV
For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality; that each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in passion of lust, like the Gentiles who do not know God
1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 - NKJV
Run away from sexual sin! No other sin so clealy affects the body as this one does. For sexual immorality is a sin against your own body.
1 Corinthians 6:18 - New Living Translation

yes, since premarital sex is fornication(sexual intercourse between unmarried persons) 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 & 1 Corinthians 7:1-2 says "Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman. Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband." gl
