Not at all. It's just a real pain to eat and talk, but you will get used to it. Don't worry. The first week or two will be the worst, but then you learn how to push your food around it, how to talk with it in, etc.

No it won't injury as badly. the 1st time, your enamel have been forced aside and then went returned collectively rapidly. Now your enamel/palate have made differences over a quantity of time.

not really, only when they twist it. and you get use to it
