This is a very seriouse question.
If you are to use scientific processes to evaluate the keystrokes on the keyboard, it will reflect the true translation of what seems to be a random action by your cat. I have taken your question to a local lab for analysis, and their results show that your cat is in fact seeking you attention in order to express its concern to you on the brand of cat food you purchase. Of course the text was too small to determine what food your cat actually prefers.
So in short, it seems that the previous respondents were correct in their translation of "I want food now!".
Pyschological analysis of your cat may help you determine what its needs are and will help you in further cat - human communications.
Of course everything that I have written above is purely intended as a joke and really doesn't make any sense! I'm glad to see that people are having some fun and have a sense of humour!
Thanks for making my day a little better with your funny question!

My kitten is terrible for this, he will chase the pointer and bat at it on the computer screen. He always walks across the keyboard at the most inconvenient time (he once managed to delete a whole load of work i'd done before i had saved it!) and he always attempts to lie down on my laptop whilst i'm using it! I've just been trying to get him to come up here to send a message back to your kitty but of course, now i WANT im to do it, he's not interested lol
