Well i would never tease a girl if i liked her. I mean i try to be nice and not a pushover. Anyway some of my friends when they flirt they tease but not enough to call it teasing. I would meet him and act like a friend. Im in ninth grade and was held back so i have a car, anyway if you act like a friend to this guy immature classmates like mine might think you like him. Anyway just talk to him try to give him a hint without telling him that you hate it when ppl tease you

it is possible that he just likes teasing ppl, but it looks like he does have a lil crushhypoo on u! start flirting with him and see if he flirts backk. if he does then he likey u girl! if not then hes just the type of boy that likes 2 tease girls. good luck chikababay!
