That depends on what you mean by help. You can encourage her to live the teachings she has been given. Feel free to discuss the doctrines of the Church with her. She should be able to answer many of your questions and help you to understand her better. In so doing, she will also be able to better understand your background and beliefs. You will find much common ground and be able to hold valuable dialogues on points of faith. If she is happy with her beliefs, then don't try to tear down what makes her happy but encourage her to pursue her happiness. You should do the same.
I testify to you that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is indeed the Church of Jesus Christ on the earth today. It is led by prophets and apostles, Jesus Christ being the chief cornerstone. You might find, as you talk to your friend that she has much to share with you that might dispel some of the false teachings that you have been told in the past. We are not a lost and fallen sect or cult as some people think. As President Hinckley stated, bring all that is good with you and see if we can add to it.
In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Help her, huh? Assuming she is unhappy in her religion, you can always invite her to attend one of your church services with you.
Mormons are Christians.
Mormons do accept and believe in the Trinity.
It is spelled Mormon, not Morman.

My suggestion would be for you to go and ask her what Mormon's really believe. You might be surprised at what we really believe as compared to what other people say we believe. You might find out that she doesn't really need help. And you might learn somethings about true religion along the way.

Help her how? Do you mean try to talk her out of being a Mormon (or LDS, as they prefer to be called)? Don't you respect her right to follow the faith of her choice?

if she needs help in her religion then she needs to talk to her bishop or someone else in her ward.
it is not up to someone that is not LDS to help someone who is, unless they ask for it.
