I dont know a way besides straightning my hair and im getting split ends

Go to your hair dresser and cut off those split ends. Also, ask for texturing. They basically thin out your hair. It's great for us "lucky" folk who have to deal with thick, thick hair. It's great until you have to DO things with it!

cut off those split ends and ask about some treatments for you hair special now that you are having this problem ...before nothing go to a salon! YOUR HAIR NEEDS HELP

all you need is a blow dryer and a brush, after you shower, dry your hair and brush it at the same time, if you do it the right way, it should work out, I have really thick hair too, i'm glad to know that someone understands

Trim your hair and get some thinning sheers. My cousin has really long thick hair. She thins hers out with thinning sheers and says it really helps alot.

seriously, get it layered. for some reason layering your hair makes it thinner..you can keep it the same lenght, just add some layers.. they look really nice and stylish and ur hair gets thinner..my hair used to be so thick and when i got it layered, it thinned rite outtt.
