I've been dying my hair regularly since I was eleven. I'm now 26. My hair is just fine; it gets a little dry at the ends, but for the most part, it's silky, soft, and manageable.
One of my tricks is leaving conditioner in for MUCH longer than the two minutes it says on the bottle. I put conditioner in right after I wash my hair, and then leave it in while I wash my face, shave, and wash the rest of me. So in total, I leave it in for at least ten minutes. I vary what kind of shampoo/conditioner I use. Right now I'm using Pantene, but I'll probably switch sometime soon.
I also don't use a blow dryer, a curling iron, or any hair products besides Dove hair smoother. So no gel, no mousse, no NOTHING.
I do use a hot oil treatment once or twice a week though, from VO5.
It all depends on your hair, really. Some women have huge problems with dying their hair. Others don't. Just try to stay away from going lighter (the bleaching chemicals can REALLY damage your hair), shampoo only every other day (but condition EVERY day), and try to stay away from blow-drying and curling irons. Your hair should be fine.

Dying your hair too much will cause SERIOUS damage. Since I used to dye my hair a lot it got really damaged and on top of that straightening it made it even worse! I tried using Dove shampoo and conditioner but it didnt help, now my new shampoo does the trick! so try pantene Pro-V Daily Moisture Renewal Shampoo and Conditioner. It moisturizes dry and damaged hair and helps to repair it. And try to dye your hair a little less because at this rate if you keep dying it it'll become completely fried!

Yes, permanant dyes, especially containing bleach, are damaging and drying to your hair, which can cause it to break out and fall. The best thing to do is to always use a gentle or temporary sye (I recommend cellophane dyes, they coat your hair and make it really shiny) and whatever kind of dye youo use get a RICH, thick moisturizing conditioner. To prevent damage you can also deep condition your hair at least once a week. Use a leave in moistrizing conditioner when you dry your hair.

Coloring your hair on a regular basis will catch up with you down the road, even if you keep it well conditioned. Why don't you stop coloring your hair for a while & let it get healthy again for a while? I use Pantene products all the time, as they are great on the hair & very affordable. They have a shampoo for various hair types. I like the shampoo & conditioner all in one. I also like the spray in conditioner that you don't have to rinse.

The hair is not just a part of your body and it is a symbol of beauty, status and health. It is important for you to take proper care of your health in order to prevent early hair loss. Learn here https://bitly.im/aMLrs It is not a very serious problem and with a little bit of caution you will be able to prevent further hair loss. There are certain uncontrollable factors like pregnancy conditions or certain illness or genetic factors that will result in hair loss. But, this does not mean that you cannot do something about your hair loss.
