U remind me of me, pretty much every detail(except I did cut myself....a lot and deep). Go into therapy. I was a very anit-therapist person, but if u can find one that u really like, they will do wonders. I went from attempting suicide at lest once a month to completely quitting cutting and feeling at least a little better. Taking those quizzes was how I started on my path, and Im not going to lie and say the the road to feeling better is easy, but it does make it a lot easier when u have a professional that u know and trust to talk to. And antidepressants of course. I am not on meds for my anxiety and I havent had an attack in almost 6 months now. Talk to ur doctor and find a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) or a Psychiatrist

yeah it sounds like you should talk to someone whether it be your parents, a counselor, psychologist, or just a friend that you trust. i had major problems with anxiety and my self-confidence and stuff. but the one thing i can tell u is that most of what you are feeling is all in your head and u can definitely change that. you just have to know how by learning about urself and how u are feeling and why u are feeling this way. even if u have to do it by yourself without any help. you can read books or look up stuff on the internet about anxiety problems and it tells you alot and can really help u. and it sounds like u are in highschool which is like the worst time. trust me the older u get the better it will be. you will get over it!! good luck to u!

Please try to get help. Are you still in high school? If so, then see if your parents will take you to a doctor. You can tell your doctor all of your symptoms and there may be something he or she can do to help. You may just need someone to talk to. Please do everything you can to stop yourself from cutting yourself. That can become addictive. You don't want to mar your body that way.
If you feel you cannot talk to your parents, then get to a doctor and maybe the doctor can speak with them after diagnosing your.
Good luck honey. And maybe changing schools would be a good idea, you seem to have enough pressure.

I highly recommend you the book "Hope and Help for your Nerves" by Claire Weeks and the books by Lucinda Bassett. Also I suggest you to go to therapy to find out why exactly is that you have so much anxiety and mild depression in order to find the root of the problem and a solution.

Make an appointment with a doctor now, and ask to be referred for counselling. Practice for at least 20 mins. daily, one of the techniques to be found at: http://www.relax7.com/7.php and in the last 6 blogs of Shan Eris at www.myspace.com Exercise vigorously for 30 - 60 mins daily, and eat nutritious food. See: http://www.anxietypanic.com/signs.html and http://www.beattheblues.info/? and www.depression.com/- Join myspace[free] then click on "groups", select "other" and type in your group, possibly "self harm", or another; you can join several and change, maybe exchanging phone numbers or email addresses.
