Sounds like you might have an inner ear infection. Good home remedies that I have tried that worked for me are.

warm up some olive oil, soak a cotton ball with it and stick it in your ear.

lay on a heating pad or hot water bottle. The warmth always seems to alleviate the pain.

plug your nose and mouth and blow, it helps open your ear canals and equalize the pressure.

Remember never stick anything smaller than your elbow in your ear. And try not to play with it, the pressure could burst your ear drum.

Good Luck.

ok. Do you have the right basking gentle? With an entire UV spectrum bulb? Is the water sparkling? Is there sufficient dry room for laying eggs? If there is not, the turtle will lay eggs interior the water which will kill them in the event that they are fertile. As a healthcare provider I can tell you that you need medical attention. You have an ear infection. If you let it go it could progress to the point where you eardrum will rupture. Get to a healthcare provider and get an antibiotic. Untill you can get there a heating pad to that side can help....take motrin or other over the counter pain medication.

You can stay away from the Dr's office if you want to, but is it worth it? Don't fool around with pain in your ears! You could rupture an ear drum, if you have an untreated infection, and damage your hearing for the rest of your life. Swing by your local er.

Mix some Olive Oil, and garlic oil, and then put it in one of those eye/ear drop bottles. Heat it up a littl bit and dip a Q tip in it, and then gently twirl it in your ear and this will take care of it every time. (Sorry about the garlic smell, but it is worth not going through the pain). The reason you get earaches is probably because either you were bottle fed when you were younger. More than 80 percent of bottle fed children get severe earaches.

Were u out in cold air? My ears always hurt after I've had cold wind blowing on them and then I go inside a warm building. If that's it then it's nothing. They'll stop hurting after a several minutes. If that's not it then I think you should go to the doctor, especially if they're hurting enough to make you cry.

An old method my mom tries on me to calm it down is take a clove or small peice of garlic, burn..oh no, maybe you should get it hot and before puting it in your ear, let it kinda cool, might feel wierd but it could help you. and if you see the doctor he might say you have an ear infection, good luck!
