Ham will go bad faster, but wrapped well with maybe a paper towel in the bag to absorb moisture, maybe a week. Cheese will last a lot longer when wrapped well. I can easily get 2 weeks out of even provolone.

ham expires about a week after bought from a gorcery store so i would say about 5 days with the other stuff and bread on it. maybe only 4 days but id say 5 at the most.
