Windows, I'm sorry to say, is the most user friendly, but it's also the worst of the three.

Linux is free and its also user friendly. But the problem is that all the softwares and stuff available in the market comes with only windows support. If you get linux you wont be able to do much stuff on it.
Windows XP is very much user friendly compared to linux and it will also work everything in it. But dont buy XP cuz Microsoft Windows Vista is out and to increase Vista sales they will surely reduce the security of XP (bussiness trick). So f you buy XP it will be a big mistake.
The best thing to do is to get a pirated version of XP and install.
Contact me for download links for it. Best answer me.

Well windows XP is more GUI which in turn is much more user friendly. Linux is mainly for people who like to program, so there arent as many graphics and it doesnt look all pretty with all the shortcuts.

Windows-> every body uses it. you need to purchase the software. Codes r not in a open source environment. it supports all kind of software.
Linux-> Not used by many. Atleast not as much as ppl use windows. It's highly user friendly. U've help center for everything. Code is in a open source environment. U can write ur own codes, but cannot publish. Has great GUI features.
