Claim the insurance, because driving w/o it is illegal. Some peoples are just a**hole, and make injury claims even tho they are obviously unhurt. It will haunt you later. get the insurance co. involve so they can help you if it happens. Unless, they did not made a police report... It not the matter of save his couple hundred buck or thousands... its the law that you will be dealing with... Sometimes you just have to hate the Law US made...

Once again, CARS are insured, NOT people. I don't know why this is so hard for everyone to understand. Anyone driving your car with your permission is covered under your insurance. If your boyfriend was driving, he did have insurance. YOURS! Report it.

You need to contact your insurance company as soon as possible. The other person could claim an injury later on and your insurance company would have to get involved. They will need to confirm that your b/f does not have insurance. Good luck.

If your car is insured it shouldn't be a problem. Unless you have some ghetto a55 insurance.

You should go jump in the nearest lake and live with the other pondlife. Scum like you and your boyfriend should be behind bars, not behind the wheel of a car.

Depends on what kind of coverage you have. If it is full coverage and covers whoever you let drive your car, then yes. If not, call an agent and ask them about your "hypothetical" situation.
