One of my favorite simple recipes is chicken with stuffing. Just get some boneless skinless chicken breasts, and pour a can (or half a can depending on how much chicken you're cooking) of cream of celery, and a can (or half) of cream of chicken on top and around. Pour a box of chicken stove top stuffing on top of than and then add about a cup of water. Cook at 350 for 30-45 min. I usually make a baked potato and greenbeans as a side.
