well this might be lame, so forgive me...but do you guys have myspaces? id def. say if she puts you near the top of her friends list on there, she prob def. likes you :) Besides that, if you guys are talkin alot online, its a good chance she likes you. Seriously. Im a girl, and if i spend quite a bit of time talkin to a guy, then i def. like him. Too bad you cant see her IM list of other friends. But anyway, does she live near you? The very best idea i can give ya is to straight up ask her to hangout. it doesnt matter where. if she likes you, she wont care :P Also, im a shy girl myself, so if you want, instead of hanging out with her one on one, i would suggest maybe inviting another friend or two to hangout, everyone in a group.

it means she likes you. but that doesn't mean she likes you that way only, it could mean she likes you as a friend. But i would just keep being shy and let her do the rest. You don't want to ruin a friendship. Plus, I think shy guys are cute and when they try to be outgoing its just awkward.
