what do i do with this girl????

I asked a girl out in the end of seventh grade...we went out for about a month and then we lost contact over the summer...i am a freshman now and i want to ask her out again but i dont know how to. i normaly use one way to ask a girl out but i used it last time...i am all out of ideas so can someone please tell me a creative way to ask her out...not something to sensitive and says spend the rest of your life with me because i just want this to be an icebreaker so that it opens us to more in the future...after a date or just a night together then i think i should get more sensitive but what should i do for my situation. I would like really creative ways to ask her out because i am coming up blank here.

i think maybe when you get back in touch with her, whether that be a phone call, email, etc, it'd be cute if you mentioned something you said the 1st time you guys went out. or, you could suggest going somewhere or to do something you did the 1st time you went out. But of course, for your sake, make sure she hasnt got another boyfriend in the meantime :P
