I have been arguing with a friend on which one is better. In your opinion which dog do you favor... a Dalmatian or a Dachshund?
Personally I favor the Dalmatian! So please help me end this once and for all. Thanks a bunch!

Well, I just got a Dachshund puppy whom I love and have always wanted one.
But I have always loved big dogs :] esp. Dalmations.
I have to go with both! LOL

I like Dalmatian better myself I just like big dogs more

I think it depends on the person. i like small dogs to i would choose dachshund. Dalmations are great pets if you have a yard and plenty of time to devote

Both, but I would have to go with Dachshund, they are so freaking adorable! We have two on our block that chase each other in a circle and when they line up you can only see one. But I like all breeds the same.

These are two of my least favorite breeds. But if I had to pick one it would be the long-haired dachshund. Problem with the Dals is that they are way too high strung and been over-bred and have a lot of health problems, google that if you don't believe me.
The long haired dachshunds tend to be smaller than the short-haired..short-haired also tend to get over-weight very easily.

There is not one dog that is "better" than the other. It is just the opinion of the person. I personally think that both of those breeds are nice and don't favor one over the other.

my aunt has 2 dalmatians and one is deaf and the other (male) its really mean ....i would go dashhaun
