on a 01 cadillac seville where is the computer hook up? im having trouble finding it.?

my check engine light is on.

It is located under the dash on the left side of the steering column. It's not real easy to see,but it's there! You don't have to take any panels off to get to it,unless someone moved it for some reason.

It is supposed to be located under the drivers side of the dash on either right or left side of the steering colum. If it has a floor shift look under the dash right next to the console.
