What can I buy over the counter for poisin oak?

Aveeno has oatmeal in their products. There is an oatmeal bath that should relieve some of the swelling and itching. If it is really bad, you should go to the doctor's office. They can give you a shot to help clear it up faster.

There is no cure for poison oak, but you can go to the drug store and buy a bottle of calamine lotion. It is not expensive and will soothe the itching and soreness. Wash everything that came in touch with that plant, as the oils will stay on fabrics and cause more grief. try and keep the oozing from spreading, as it will make more trouble spots. Get going. Aveeno..oatmeal bath and lotions..I've had it many times..this works great.
