I weigh about 230 and i'm 6'1" and 15 years old. try not to say anything about supplements and stuff like that.

You need to go to the doctor he will be the best way to go. Here we can tell you 100 ways to do it (Not a good idea) . You can go for it after the doctor show you how, in the healthy way. Please don't put yourself @ risk. I hope this will help you.

you need to become more active and eat better. That is the ONLY way to lose weight and keep it off.
