As far as working out is concerned, do both cardio and strength training several times a week. They are both equally important for burning calories, losing weight and maintaining your muscle mass.

what!!!!!! your a size 10 hun!! I'm sure you look great! i bet these so called "love handles" are none existent!! there is nothing wrong with keeping a healthy diet but u really don't need to lose any more weight..continue with the diet your already on to maintain at your current weight!! what happens if you still have love handles at a size 8?? I'm not saying your gonna be an anorexic i just want you to realise that I'm sure your perfect just the way you are,so get our there and show off that size 10 body hun!bec i surely wish i could lol

I lost 3 stone last year i was dieting but was told to drink 2 litres of water a day i know it sounds a lot but if u put it into 4 small bottles it not that bad i have also joined a gym and im losing inches i think this would be ur best bet hunny good luck

oh please, another size 0 followe you get down to a size 8 and then think mmm im still fat and then you will loose more weight and end up looking like a sack of bones, stop being vain and accept that normal women have curves and if you cant accept the fact that your body shape is the shape for you then you need to realise that loosing weight to become more skinny has health problems but hey its your body

i found a great, no, SUPER AWESOME 3 day diet online and it works. I lost 8 lbs, my sis 7, my mom 8, and my brother in law 9- so its really simple- just really follow it- i snacked on cucumbers & celery at night. do 3 days on, 4 days off. After the first 3 days you'll lose up to 10 lbs!
