You have a .38 super. It is a .38 cal bullet with a case designed to work in a semi auto handgun. The caliber was popular with law enforcement in the '20s and 30s until the .357 mag came along.
The round still has a following with folks who compete with handguns.
Your Llama is probably a decent enough gun, even though Llama does not have the reputation for quality like some of the better known gun makers.
Before you fire this weapon, take it to a gunsmith and have him examine it. This is important, the gunsmith will find problems you might not be aware of that could make the gun unsafe to fire. He can also show you how to field strip and and clean it.
The tone of your inquiry leads me to think you are not an experienced gun owner. Take a gun safety course, cheap insurance.

I don't know much about Llamas, but they're famous for having produced piles of copies of American designs, and they are indeed Spanish. I'd guess you likely got a 1911 copy?
The 38 Colt Super Automatic is the new (in 1929!) improved version of the 38 Auto. Ballistically, it's almost exactly the same as 9mm Parabellum, but the cases are quite different, so you have to shoot the round with the proper headstamp in your pistol. As a matter of fact, its popularity is in part due to several countries' laws prohibiting civilian ownership of military rounds.

If it says ".38 Super" on the slide or frame, it is a .38 Super. The grips can be changed out which may explain why it says .9mm (38). Llama, of course, is the make.
