hatever works for you is a good deodorant/anti-perspirant. Most over-the-counter deodorants and anti-perspirants are very effective unless you have hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating). If you have hyperhidrosis, you may need to see a dermatologist for a product or treatment that will work for you.
