Well, if it was on your left calf you could cover it. Since it is on your right arm, you are screwed.

Depending on how faded the tattoo is and the design itself, you may be somewhat limited in your cover-up options.
The best thing for you to do is to go to a reputable tattoo artist and have them work with you to get a good design to cover the lion. Good luck.

there is no specific "kind" of tattoo that will cover any other. there are some things that you definitely can't get because of design difficulties but the best thing to do is to consult an artist that is good at doing coverup tattoos. NOT all artists are good at them and lately i have been seeing quite a few that are horrible. if you have any ideas at all of what you want you can tell your artist and they will be able to tell you if it is doable or not. good luck!
