Whats this feelin and why?

Today i fingerd my girlfriend and she tossed me off for the first time today. Couple hours later i got this wierd feeling. Its feels like guild or sadness but i cant think why?

A religious person could take advantage of it, and persuade you it is "guilt" about your "sin". Rubbish !
