I am working with limited ingridients, I've got tenderizer, some garlic salt, salt and pepper and butter

Pretty simple, just use a fork to poke some holes in the breast (just stab at it about 8 times) then put on a light dusting of garlic and pepper (salt will dry it out). Then put it in any kind of oven safe pan, put the tin foil over the top and bake for 30-40 minutes until done. Very simple and will be delicious. I'd serve it with rice or a salad.

sear it for 5 mins and pop it into the oven to bake for 15 mins..marinate it was rosemary, garlic, herbs
