I saw white pigeon at the local pet store, it is very beautiful but not tame at all, I opened the cage and try touching it, I didn't even touched it but It move around like crazy, so I stopped trying and close the cage back, I really want to buy it but it isn't tame at all, if it happen that I bought it, will it be tamed if I kept on playing and interacting with it?

Or it will stay wild forever?

its not the fact of taming the pigeon, doesn't really matter about the age. its just the fact of building up trust. keep interacting with it, and feed it some treats. mine loves bread. use little bits of bread holding it between your fingers inside the cage, the bird will eventually trust you enough to take it from you. use a soft voice and move slowly. eventually with patience, you can start to handle him.
another treat to try sometimes as well is meal worms. seeings how they wiggle it might catch their attention.

NO! you will need to tame the pigeon your self because if its out in the wild it won't get tame

depends how old the bird is, and how it lived. if it had bad experiences with people, then it will never be tame. but slowly, very slowly, if you interact with it outside the cage for awhile, then it will possibly warm up to you.

ive had this problem when i was raising birds...try putting its bird seed in your hand and get it used to feeding out of it as much as possible..after a while it will become more tame

you need to allow the bird to come to you and do this with food slowly closer and closer to your hand then eventually it may eat off your hand and slowly may come to you when called softly , pidgeons can hear you and can hear food like grain hitting concrete about 20 feet away .
