Cold and shaky sounds like a Fever, and then you add the Sore throat in there, hmmmm could be the Flu or some Bacterial Infection since you are running a fever. Take Tylenol every 6-8 hours and Gargle with Warm Salt water for your Throat. If this does not help, you will need to go see a doctor for the Infection, you will need an Antibiotic.

having a headache and having temperature swings(being cold when you're hot or having chills) are symptoms of a fever and in a worst case scenario, the flu. it is probably just a bad cold. your body would eliminate the problem in a matter of hours or a couple of days at most. but just to be sure it's not the flu, you should call your doctor and talk to them. the best thing to do until you find out is to take advil or other headache medication to ease some of the pain and get plenty of rest.

Could be the flu coming on. The cold and shaky sounds like the beginnings of a fever. Take your temp and see if that's the case. Check WebMD and and search on influenza and see if your symptoms seem to match.
If you think it might be the flu, see your doctor because there are antiviral drugs they can give you within the first 48 hours of symptoms that can lessen its severity and duration.

Hi.
Sounds like the beginning of an infection, possibly the flu. Best to ensure you are taking plenty of fluids at this time and just wait to see how it developes. If the symptom get worse quickly it is worth a visit to the doctor to confirm a diagnosis.
