Start by making your presence known, in a calm and cool way. Maybe walk past and look him in the eye, or something to that manner. And after awhile of that, start saying hi when you walk past. Then try and be his partner on a project or something. You don't even have to ask him if he wants to work with you. If you can pick your seats in a class with him and you know that you have group work that day, maybe sit strategically where he will HAVE to be ur partner. Also sit strategically so that he can see you and notice you. After you work as partners, you have to kinda talk to him and get him to like you as a person and then start flirting a little bit. Maybe brush his hand and see how he responds.

Tell him hes hot and see how he responds. He won't diss you or anything. If he acts cool with what you said and talks to you more often he likes you. If he doesn't then he doesn't like you.

i'm the kind of guy you cant predict ... nobody had ever knew how i feel for a girl unless i tell them... so i'm not sure too...
but first you could know if he likes you... does he knows you? is he your friend? well if he is then he might be...

Here's a really easy way to find out if he likes you: when you're talking to him and you're alone with him, look at his hair and say "wow you're hair looks really soft" then run your fingers through it. If he acts like he likes it, then he likes you, if he doesn't, then he doesn't like you.
P.S. if he does like you, this is a really easy time to have your first kiss.

look at everything he does and who he hangs out with to see if he likes you and if you have enough info ask him out.
