Does it hurt when you get your braces taken off? I think it might because when I got one of the metal bands taken off it hurt A LOT and then when they took off ONE bracket it hurt too.

I don't think that it hurt. They just kinda pop off the brackets. The band are a little worse because of the amount of adhesive. They use and acid to soften the adhesive so it's not too bad. Good luck!

I just got my braces on, but Many people I have talked to say that like you said, geting to bands taked off hurts and that your gums bleed alot too, I'm not looking forward to geting mine off.

i got mine on in january but it didnt hurt at all when i got them on and i recently just got them tightened but when i get the tightened or something it never hurts but all my friends that have gotten their braces off say it hurts and my sister said it didnt hurt when she got them taken off but i dont kno.
