Fried or Poached! Scrambled has a crazy strange consistency and boiled is more for snacks. Well...that's how I see it.

After 30 plus years finally found out how to do perfect poached egg, yolk gently soft every time!!
Water to boil, drop of wine vinegar, crack egg in & then!!...Back to boil LID ON & TURN OFF, 3 mins later perfect poached eggs..

1. In a custard as in Creme Burlee.
2. fried in butter, over easy, so I can dip my toast points into the yolks.
3. scrambled
4. I avoid boiled or poached... for some reason eggs that have been cooked in water upsets my stomach.

In reverse order to your list
I like mine either poached, scrambled, boiled or fried.
Fried, in oil, is reserved for Sunday breakfast.
Also like the occasional omelette.
