i was born with a "skinnier" body. I havent really had problems with weight or anything. And today my best friend, kinda confronted me abut how she felt. she said how she doesnt really like hanging out with me, cause she isnt small, but she isnt big. she is average. and i exercise regularyl, and she asked me what i do. I kinda just make up exercises, and i dont know what to give her for a list. Can anyone hep find good exercises for stomache and upper leg area?

This is dumb, why is she mad at you because you have a good body. Your friend is being super insecure if she can't hang out with someone who is skinner than her. It's not your responsibility to get her into shape.

Actually, if you run, you will find the stomach shrinking and the upper legs developing. You will find the calfs also developing some nice striations too because of the exercise you are doing. Watch your intake of food also. But mostly, don't let someone push you into looking the way they think you should look. You have to want to look nice yourself, if you want to tone up, do it for you: not them.

Upper legs: squats and lunges work the best. Abs: tell her to invest in a stability ball - there are loads of ab exercises you can do with those (they generally come with some suggestions). Don't forget cardio - running/jogging really helps shape the legs!

I would suggest a circuit training regiment, and this way you could both do it.

It tones your muscles AND helps you shed fat. It's good for your entire body,

I know women want to target their stomach & legs, but the honest truth is your body doesn't burn fat off a specific part of your body...you need to lose body fat period before you will notice your toned muscles....Look into a circuit training program.
