Technically it asks if all plastic surgery is there to make men go limp?
I would have to say the opposite is true.
Most plastic surgery is there to stiffen a man's resolve.
Plus it brings up images of amateur circumcisions and Lorena Bobbett. (Ouch!)
But in reality, I would have to say Yes to your other question but it is not a popular surgery. People like to grande size their nakos. "Would you like fries with that shake?"
