Reproduction is not required for meaning. Conscious thought is.

Me and my hubby can't reproduce so this question is quite personal to me. I'd say that there are times when you wonder what the point of being here is. You look around and see people with children everywhere and you know that it's the basic pattern of life you're seeing but you aren't part of it. I think that to wonder why you're here when you look at it like that is only natural.
But, then you look around at all the poeple who can't see or can't walk or have been born with terrible brain damage or disfigurement and you definitely count your blessings. And to put that in terms of your question, if I sometimes question why I'm here than those poor people must too (if they're able). But we all contribute even unknowingly because the pattern of life doesn't just include the people who are lucky enough to have what you could describe as an 'average' exsistence with the healthy body and the two point four kids it includes all of us who mean something to somebody or touch somebody (even a carer or nurse in some cases). We all affect other lives and therefore there is reason for us to be here.

If you think men are just animals I suppose it would be the "purpose" of life. However, even atheists will think more in terms of a person's contribution to life, ie an Einstein or a Newton has spawned great ideas
There's always going to be plenty of people doing the reproducing to get the new generation since our bodies are adapted to make that easy, and most people's bodies are fit to the task. Theres loads of other things needed to make life fulfilling.
Most religions believe in more than this life, so don't see people as just Dawkinsian gene-propagating machines.

The meaning of life is the meaning that we give it.
So personally, one would not need to reproduce to find meaning in life.
Even if someone can't pass their genes, they can still have relationships, raise children, take up hobbies, or do whatever else makes them happy.
Besides, in this century of reproductive marvels, who says that they won't be able to have kids someday? With limitations, we can already freeze sperm, implant embryos, and screen for genetic diseases. Infertile couples can pay a surrogate to bear a child that matches the DNA of the parents, using in vitro fertilization. Pretty cool stuff.

Every animal but man knows the point of life is to play. I've never reproduced and my life is very worthwhile. I don't see that a life needs to be justified at all.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

You should live your life for the Lord. If you do this you will find that life is good, even if you have had some bad experiences in the past. He is in control of all things and will work it out. Having children is not the reason to live, you can make a difference by doing loads of other things. If you want to make a difference in a child's life you could adopt or work with kids in other ways. God loves you and I will pray for you.

Man is an animal on this earth. What makes them differnt from the other animals is that they have a Soul. The Soul is a part of Divinity (God, the Creator, what have you) that was placed into man by the creator. The whole purpose of life is to reconnect that small part of God (the Soul) with the parent source (the Divine). That's it. No more, no less.
How? Well, that is a totally different question...

This is kind of determined by your worldview. As a Christian my purpose is to "glorify God and enjoy him forever" (Westminster Catechism). I guess it depends what your purpose is- it sounds like you think your purpose is to reproduce, which could get into a bit of a cycle of just continuing to have more children to have children to have children and never really make any difference. The difference between my belief and yours is that I exist for something outside of myself and my well-being- I believe I have an eternal purpose.

It hurts not being able to have children and it's a pain that never completely disappears. But, there are families that sometimes value the help of childless couples. We can be useful to them. There are also children whose needs are not fully met at home and benefit from the non-intrusive help of other adults. We can be useful to them too. Sometimes our help is essential and people are grateful. We're a necessary minority. God doesn't make mistakes. Inevitably, though, society is orientated to couples with children and we can't change that.

Life has no meaning other than what you assign it.
What exactly are you saying? Have you been sold a bill of goods that if you don't act upon your biological imperative that there is something wrong with you.
I have no kids and, frankly, I don't have to justify my existence to you or anyone else. Which is quite relieving.
