i do crunches, starting out doing 50 a day and also the balls that you see at walmart, those help BIG time. for thighs, i do squats and lunges i also ly on the hard floor or a floor mat and hold on to something like a bed rail or someone's calves, and bring your legs up all the way and then lower them back down to the ground but about 6 inches before you hit the ground raise them back up. also ly on your side and bring one foot slanted and the other one do 10 big circles forward and then 10 backwards. i also do small circles front and backwards. ive been doing that for about 5 weeks and ive seen a major change.

Well for your belly - try doing a few sit ups a day - satrt with a low amaount and work your way up - this works a treat!
For your thighs - running is great for toning , so is trampolining - you could invest in a small excersise trampoline - or a full sized one - in fact - they do a great job at toning your whole body! I have an 8ft trampolin in the garden and spend around 30 - 60 mins on it a day - it is brittiant to lose weight and tone up!
