Hi, I have a certification in Personal Training and a certification in Sports Hypnosis and Basic Hypnosis. It is now Wednesday, and you may lose 1 to 2 pounds just watching your calorie intake. Really balance out your Fat, Carbs and Protiens. A generic estimate is 50-30-20. This is 50% Carbs, 35% Protein, 15% Fat. This would break down to on a 1600 Calorie diet. 50% would be 200 grams of Carbs, 140 grams of Protein, and 25 grams of Fat. Be very strict with a routine such as this, and you will probably achieve your goal. Email me and I can give you other ideas too if you like.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

Okay....3,500 calories to burn one pound of fat
You keep a journal of your food intake..I think its highly important for you to see on paper the numbers of what you are taking in.

You buy a calorie counting watch..You take your total intake calories +3,500 add them together and THAT is what you need to burn everyday..to burn one pound.

If you start seeing the numbers I think it will help see that alot of what you might eat..may be uneccesary. You have to remember that your stomach and your intake of food at one meal sitting should be the size of your fist. It doesn't take much food to maintain your health. You can have 5 to 6 servings of healthy food the size of your fits over three regular huge meals. Your body is like a conveyer belt. You need a little at a time to keep everything moving. Good Luck

Go to the kitchen and get you some plastic wrap. The same type you use for your food, and wrap it around your wrast and continue your daily activities. We do that in the military. I am in the army and a Sergeant. I tell my soldiers to do that for their weight and tape test. Trust me it works. Try it now!!
