ok. i'm going to a party and i want to get my stomache flat and legs thinner QUICK! what type of exersises should i do.BUT i don't use any props except for an excersis mat.

Grab a meat tenderizer or mallet and keep hitting yourself in the stomach and legs fairly hard. A table leg or salami will also work. Vomiting helps too. Good luck!

The best thing to get your stomach flat is dieting! Cut the carbs-up the lean protein- and don't cheat. Diet and do abs exercises. A great thing for overall body toning is the jump rope (works your arms great too). I have a pair of 10 pound dumb bells- There is so much you can do with them! Go to Target and get a pair, buy yourself a DVD for working out with weights, diet and you'll be OK.

I hate to burst your bubble, but first, it's impossible to spot reduce, that is thin one particular section of your body.
Second, you can't get thinner and a flat stomach quick, even if you starve yourself it will take weeks, and by then you'll probably be too sick to go to any parties.
If it's that big of a problem, wear restrictive undergarments like corsets, butt and thigh trimmers etc.. They'll take off an inch or two.

The next little while will be difficult but worth it!

Diet - Don't give in to your temptations! You know what you need to eat...Vegetables, whole grains...while you are in this mode of looking good, refrain yourself

Cardio - Cardio is numero uno when it comes to losing fat on your body...If you have fat on your inner thighs...cardio. If you have a turkey neck...cardio. Find something you find fun to do, and do it as often as possible (ie: swimming, jogging, sports...)

Ab exercises - Do your bicycle kicks and crunches every day.

Get a good old fashioned Playtex Girdle at sears - it trims you 5lbs instantly!

For exercises use crunches and leg lifts as well.
