For my age {20} I'm skinny {110 lbs}, but I'm very short, so the pounds still show one me. I'd like to tone myself up a little bit so I can look good at my friend's swimming party. I don't have much time to go to the YMCA because I just moved to America and I need to unpack my stuff still.

drink plenty of water. cut down on salty food. lots of fruits & veggies.

I keep telling people not to underestimate the starving technique. It works, especially if you don't think you're fat. Eat at least 1 meal a day of course.. that's all you need.
