I want to know what do i have to do to strengthen my arm to throw faster and harder in dodge ball.

I want it so they dont catch the ball and i want it to be like BAM so its hard to catch and fast and when they get out there like HOLY SH*t lol

Oh and where does the power in the arm to throw harder and faster use ? your shoulder? elbow? etc.

The arm throw improvement must start with the development of the 1. Pectoralis muscle of the chest 2. the back muscles like the latissimus dorsi ,rhomboids 3. the muscles of the shoulder eg. Deltoid (all 3 components) 4.Lastly the biceps,triceps and forearm muscles.

To understand better all you have to do is to observe the muscular development in professional swimmers and you'll see exactly the muscle groups you need to work out.

With this in mind you will need a trainer to teach you the routine and to correct any deficiency in your muscles.

Go search Shoulder sublaxation on google. There it will tell you different types of exercises you can do to strenghten your shoulders. Most of your power comes from your shoulders. Also this will keep you from dislocating your shoulders. Trust me I am in that same situation now. I go to physical therapy to strengthen my shoulders for football.
